Time

It's been a while since my last blog, a few things seemed to take over my life for a while and there was little time for me to do the things I enjoy, like scrapping and blogging but i have plans for that to change starting from Now! :)

So much has happened since my last post....

Summer is just a distant memory... Autumn has come and almost gone...its cold, the heating is on and winter is just about here! But that means its not too long until Christmas, yay!
Hannah is loving Year 2 and in so many ways I can see she is growing up fast. This morning she got herself dressed for school completely on her own including doing up those oh so tricky shirt buttons and getting her tights on the right way round (a task in itself for a 6 year old). She is interested in different things now, like television programmes. it's not so much of C Beebies now but X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing. Her love of music grows by the day and favourites at the moment are Cheryl Cole, Alexander Burke, Sugar Babes and Leona Lewis.

But one thing has been a real hit with her lately. This little High School Musical case is never far away.

And inside is this Her Pink DS!

It was her 6th birthday present from us. We weren't sure if she would like it or not, but she loves it. It took a while for her to get the hang of it but now it's a great way for her to relax. She is still a bundle of energy and rarely stop still so the DS makes her sit and relax for a while. I know some people don't like to see children with computer games and toys like this but for Hannah it has been just what she needed for some quiet time every now and then.
